Question 1

What types of insect screens does Rollon offer?

Accepted Answer

Our range spans 28 models across 8 categories — retractable and roll, pleated, motorized, sliding, security, the European Italian range, specialty systems such as anti-pollen and casement, plus the mesh and netting fabrics behind every screen.

Question 2

Are Rollon screens made to measure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most screens are custom-built to your exact opening and professionally installed. Selected products are also available as DIY series and kits for standard sizes.

Question 3

Do you provide site inspection and installation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer a free on-site inspection in selected areas to measure your openings and recommend the right model, followed by professional installation by our trained technicians.

Question 4

What mesh materials are available?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the product, options include fibreglass, polyester and honeycomb pleated mesh, 304-grade stainless steel in plain and pleated weaves, black-coated security mesh and stainless security sheet, Super Screen, Pet Mesh (Tuff Screen) and PM2.5 anti-pollen mesh.

Question 5

Will the screens block my view or airflow?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sliding, Italian and Span-X systems are engineered for large openings — single panels span up to 6.5m and double panels up to 13m.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our security screens use 304-grade stainless steel mesh with triple or three-point locking to resist forced entry, and Rollon Security Screens carry a 10-year warranty against product defects.

Are screens available for windy or high-rise locations?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Motorized, Zipline, Manual Zip, Span-X and premium pleated models use zip or wind-guide technology rated for high wind pressure.
